Launched
on the 11th of February 1999 by mister Dan-Simion Grecu from
Deva, this is probably the first site that treats, at large,
the Romanian Postal History. In the Web pages can be found
a number of illustrated articles, on-line (in Romanian and
English) published mainly by the author of the site and by
other collaborators, a complette list of books regarding all
that has been written in the world about Romanian Postal History
(books, catalogues, articles). We make no detail presentation
here because we don't want to take your time from the pleasure
of visiting this very useful and interesting site. Still,
I wish to point out that this site has been participated at
the first web page competition organised by F.I.P. and was
awarded the title "3 Star Site", managing, with
honor to represent Romanian philately on a worldwide level. |

site, with catalogue and images, containing specialized studies
on postal history themes, with references to other profile
sites that treat problems linked to Romanian philately. It
is an interesting site, worth visiting. About the existence
of this site we were informed by mister Mats Blückert-Sweden. |

The
Philatelic Webmasters Organization (PWO) has been created
in order to promote, support and develop philately through
philatelic webmastering. There are many national and international
organizations that group the stamp collectors or the philatelic
professionals representing their interests. At the moment
there is no organization grouping the recently appeared category
of stamp collectors who combine their philatelic hobby with
the Webmastering activity. On the PWO pages such stamp collectors
are called the "Philatelic Webmasters" (PW).

Romanian stamps, but tries to make them known to those that
don't know much about this country, its original culture,
its beautiful landscapes and its friendly people. You can
