R.P.F.-Images from The Collectors' Spring Fair

Organized by the Romanian Carto Club (Romanian Card-collecting club) in collaboration with Romanian Philatelic Federation, The Bucharest City History Museum, Lion Club Bucharest Decan, and the online auction site Okazii.ro, "The Collectors' Spring Fair" managed once more to be a great success. To this fair participated over 100 exponents, collectors, numismatist, philatelists, card-collectors, antique book dealers, so to speak all those involved in the collecting phenomenon, presenting a wide range of collector's items from all fields and categories, some rare some common, but all very interested. Over 5000 visitors from the country or from abroad (Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Germany and even India) have tread upon the museum's granite cobbled stones for these two days, parting enchanted by the transactions or exchanges performed, by the new contacts and the connections with new partners. The people of Bucharest who came for a stroll or came to visit the museum enjoyed a fair weather. Not few of them had the curiosity to visit the fair and surprised by the peculiarity of the manifestation, had asked to see more of such events. The mass media was also present: B1TV, TVR International, TVR Cultural, Reality TV, and Okazii.ro had an open line for those interested. For the first time in the history of this manifestation, at the Okazii.ro stand, the public had the opportunity to physically see, presented in three show cases, part of the collector items put on sale online, and interested parties had the chance to bid directly. With the hope that we have risen to your expectations, we await you in mid September to take part at the next edition "The Autumn Collectors' Fair".
