I am honoured to have won American Philatelic Research Library’s 2022 Thomas F. Allen Award for the best article to appear in the Philatelic Literature Review (PLR) the previous year. The news was announced in the American Philatelist for August 2022.
However, the award rightly belongs to the erudite Wolfgang Maassen and not to me. His long but thoughtful answers made it a truly delightful interview. He is truly a graceful, humble, and great philatelist and human being!
